I lost my certification

Hello,

I had completed my Pl 100 , MB 230 , MB 210, PL 200 in the year 2022 and I lost my certifications

I have the examination score reports ,id certiport , and i have all my certification in the credly account if that help.

So, can I please use my current Microsoft account by requesting my old account.

Need your help please
