I can only see 60 public folders in Exchange public folder manager

I can only see 60 public folders in Exchange public folder manager. If I search for one not in view it comes up with No public folders exist in this organization. The PF's are there, I can see them in Outlook and PowerShell. Started this week. Out 3rd party IT company also confirmed they can only see 60 so noting in out internal environment causing an issue.

Can any one else check this who uses PF's please?

Seeing the same thing in exchange admin here, only the first sixty folders are shown in any given set of folders.

Like others have reported, I'm also only seeing 60 public folders in exchange online yet we have approximately 300+ PFs. I haven't run the PowerShell cmdlet yet but all PFs are showing in Outlook and users are not reporting any issues using their public folders from there.

Just to update. this is a known Bug which has been identified by Microsoft and the Fix has been rolled out by the Product Group team

The same would be rolled out to the tenants in 3-4 weeks

Same issue here answer we got from microsoft. "Concerning your issue, please be informed that this is a known issue and Product Group Team has also identified the issue and they are trying to fix this bug. However, backend team is working proactively to fix this issue at the earliest and once the patch is ready to be deployed, it would take approximately 3 weeks for the same to be rolled out globally. Once the changes have been rolled out, you could test the same in your environment. "

Today I can now see 500 items instead of 60, so its getting better, its just not there yet, the current tenancy I'm looking at has around 3000 public folders, so I still have to use Powershell.

It certainly does make our IT lives much more challenging. I'm just catching up on the posts above but I'm still only seeing 60 PFs in our environment when we have close to 400.

I did not realize that one of Microsoft's responses to this "known issue" is that it could take up to 3 weeks for the patch to be deployed globally once it is ready. Without an ETA on that, who knows how long that will be.

Oh the joys of working with Microsoft!

So, in other words, the max return value in your new GUI is 60 and you're not going to update the code and make it right because the cost outweighs the impacted customers. My ticket was closed, saying no impacts found. This makes me think we are heading toward a slow painful death of the public folder system.

I agree with ACSgroup. I've reported this issue multiple times, and every time it comes back as no issue found. The support ticket I submitted stated that I should continue to report it as an issue. Clean up your support system, Microsoft.

I raised a ticket last week and was directed to this thread to confirm that it's the same issue.

More than 60 folders? You only see 60 in the EAC but they still exist and work outside of the EAC. Worse still, I'm forced to use the EAC now since the old Exchange Powershell cmdlets that used to do what we need were deprecated and stopped working earlier this year. It's EAC or nothing now, and EAC is broken.
