    Hi Aryan Sharma,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

To use any of the azure services free of charge for your learning purposes you will have to register with your Email-ID and credit-card that has not been used before (for azure subscription registration). Post that you can utilize the free $150 worth of any azure services for a period of 30 days and free azure services for a year.

my second question is how to make and connect your certification profile being a student?

Simple. Use the same email address for your profile and certification. This will automatically link and display all your certification results and attempts you are doing. Also, you will have the option to download or share them when required.

Note: Pls use a single email address for all your azure certifications and learning. This will help you in tracking all your certifications and learnings that you take in one dashboard.

Unfortunately, legally speaking, Azure OpenAI requires registration and is currently only available to approved enterprise customers and partners, according to the official document.

Therefore, any individual can not be registered to access Azure OpenAI service.

However, you can still trial the OpenAI service by signing up for an account on platform.openai.com with almost the same API and a fairly enough trial account balance for your development journey.
