Choppy Windows 11 Animations (SOMETIMES)

Hello,

I was directed here after asking my question on answers.microsoft.com, as there are supposed to be more professional people on here. So I ask the exact same question again here and hope that someone can understand my "problem".

First of all: I have already tried to turn off the "Hardware acceleration GPU Plan" option, but without success.

So, here is the actual question:

I have a problem that is difficult for me to describe. However, the title gives a clue: Sometimes, the animations in Windows 11 (when maximizing/minimizing windows) are a bit choppy. I have two monitors: My main monitor has a refresh rate of 144Hz, and the secondary monitor has a rate of 75Hz. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 12GB. About 40% of the time, the animations run smoothly and fluidly, as they should. But most of the time, it feels like the frame rate briefly drops when I minimize/maximize a window. It only lasts a short moment, probably in the milliseconds, but it is noticeable in everyday tasks, especially when working quickly. Previously, I was using Windows 10 without experiencing any similar issues. However, after performing a clean installation of Windows 11, this problem started occurring. I've tried my best to explain the issue, and I hope someone can understand and relate to my problem!

Here are the detailed specifications of my system:

GPU: RTX 3060 12GB

CPU: Core i5-10400F

RAM: 32GB G.SKILL 2666MHz

SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB

OS Build: Latest (22621.1992)

All GPU and other drivers are up to date.

Thank you for your help. I appreciate any assistance or suggestions you can provide!

Try leaving it running for years until it disconnects with power saving in graphics settings adding dwm.exe with UEFI windows defender advanced threat plans and setup. Hope that answers your question. Try IoT or LTSC. New motherboard better BIOS. Usually BIOS solves most issues like that. I had i5-11th gen proc HP touchscreen laptop it was perfect, but windows defender was actually the one causing explorer lag. There's a cipher behind every zero codex of processes due to all data
