Regarding AZ-900 / Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam

Hello, I scheduled my AZ 900 Microsoft certification exam on 28th June. got cancelled due to some technical issue. they I sent mail to paerson vue regarding this so they said they will restore my voucher. They said they restored the voucher but its not accepting. then I call them they are saying that you have to contact with microsoft. so please give me solution on this. Considering the circumstances, I kindly request you assistance in providing a voucher restore code that would allow me to reschedule and retake the AZ-900 exam
