Please help me how to solve the error that occurs when scanning Azure Databricks using Purview.
We are currently running into two errors when scanning Azure Databricks via Purview.
First of all, Databricks' scan fails. The cause comes out as follows.
Internal system error. Please contact support with correlationId:af4ed525-2c31-47e9-8c08-0e1b0a66b435 System Error, contact support
In the above, even if a new scan is created or a new scan is selected, only the correlationId is changed, and the scan fails with the same error content for the rest.
Also, until last week, we succeeded in scanning the data, but even when the scanning was successful, we couldn't scan the data in Delta Lake because we couldn't scan by selecting Unity Catalog in the Extraction method.

I haven't heard anything clear about the cause and solution of this issue either.
