I'm curious to know if others have encountered similar delays (in my case 21 days and after the first calling I still not have any support by today) in receiving assistance from Microsoft in resolving technical issues related to their developer services. It's important to gauge whether this is a widespread issue or an isolated incident.
If you have personally faced extended waiting periods or lack of communication from Microsoft's developer support team, please share your experiences. How long did it take to receive a response or resolution? Are these delays acceptable given the importance of timely support for developers?
