MS learning can't find my account

Question

I'm trying to learn about Azure. Yesterday I created a free account. Today when I want to open the azure portal it says you don't have an account.

When I register again, it says; you already have an account.

Now I can't do the exercizes

I don't get it.

If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure / 365 Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850
