event 1001, window Error Reporting: CTRegSvU.exe

On Window server 2019. we got this event 1001, window Error Reporting : CTRegSvU.exe: APPCRASH. This event appears constantly

What is it? and how can we stop this event?

    I uninstalled and rebooted the machine then reinstalled the driver of the sound card but the event still appeared.
