Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you say you cannot subscribe, do you face any error message? what message are you getting when you try to create?

Also, can you make sure the email ID and the credit card you are using are not utilized before for creating any free account in microsoft?

I received the email about the free trail but I can not see the amount of credit left in my account, can you advice?

In your portal.azure.com home dashboard, click on the 'Notifications' button to see the remaining amount. The figure will be refreshed each time once when you login into the portal.

Pls check and let me know.

Strange! How many hours/days since you created this free account? I don't think this has free subscription credit available for this email ID looking at the attached image. Could you try reaching out to the following billing support URL? this is free for all azure subscribers.

you should not tie your free account with organization or any other account. could you try to unlink it and re-login your student account to check if the balance is getting visible?
