Hi @Akasia Automation we are sorry to hear you're facing this issue.

The error message "Resource cannot be created because the subscription doesn't have a sufficient payment history" typically indicates that your Azure subscription does not meet the minimum payment history requirements to purchase certain resources, such as an App Service domain.

Can you please verify how old your subscription is? If your subscription is newer, there is a chance that you do not have enough payment history. For certain services such as Azure custom domains and SSL certificates, these products require you to have a longer payment history within Azure to prevent malicious activity.

Azure sets payment history requirements to prevent potential misuse or abuse of resources. To resolve this issue and be eligible to purchase the App Service domain, you may need to meet the payment history requirements. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Make sure you have a valid payment method associated with your Azure subscription and that your previous invoice is paid successfully. Azure requires a certain period of active usage and payment history before some services become available for purchase.
    2. If there were any failed payments, make sure to resolve them by updating your payment information and retrying the payment.
    3. If you need a custom domain, a work around would be to use a 3rd party domain provider, such as GoDaddy. (Azure uses WildWest Domains, which is a subsidiary of GoDaddy)

    Best,

    Grace
