How to connect two different integration services through ssms

In two node cluster server , two SQL server cluster instances 2016 and 2019 are installed with integration services. when i am trying to connect through ssms its connecting to 2019 integration services only. Eventhough if i use 2016 instance name (Server type: Integration services) in ssms its connecting to 2019 integration services only.

    cluster instances 2016 and 2019 are installed with integration services

    SQL Server Integration Services is a "shared component", so independent of how many name SQL Server instance you have installed with may different versions, there is only one! SSIS running.

    If you have installed SQL Server 2019 at least, then there is only SSIS 2019 and no SSIS 2016.
