I have been assigned channel but I am unable to access it. We have gone through the immediate checks but still can't get access? Cann you assits please

I was added to a channel in Microsoft Teams, and although I appear in the list of members, I'm unable to locate the channel on my account. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, logging out and in, uninstalling and reinstalling Teams, and trying different devices, I still can't access or find the channel.
