Trouble Reactivating Azure
Our Azure account was recently disabled because our card kept getting declined despite having sufficient funds. Now when I try to deactivate it, I get this error message. When I click on the subscription, it says “no invoices” and has no option to pay any outstanding balance or settle any balance. There’s no option to submit a support ticket since the subscription is disabled, so how do I get this account deactivated? It’s only been a couple days since it was disabled, so it says the data should remain until late October, but I see no invoice to pay (current OR any of our old ones), and I’m not sure how to proceed. I’m listed as the Owner on the account so I don’t think it’s a roles/permissions issue. Any help/advice appreciated!
