When i Try start a Game in Direct X 12 the Game Crash or a Bluescreen Come or PC Start New

Question

So since i buy a new Computer i have a Problem with Games in Direct X 12. When i Start a Game in Direct X 12 so the Computer Start new or the Game Crash or a Bluescreen come. I installed Windows 11 and than 10. I don´t understand why. Can Anyone Help ?

All unreal engine 4 and 5 direct x 12 games. I buy a new mainboard and nvme and change my cpu. I write In a few days agane
