Issues with Syncing BC items to Shopify

Hi,

We have been having issues with certain items in our BC not being able to sync up with Shopify. It does not happen to all items just a couple of them. The error that we are getting:

"The response from Shopify contains no JSON."

Greatly appreciate the help of anyone that is familiar with this issue.

    For this issue, it is not related to windows 365. Windows 365 is a cloud-based service that automatically creates a new type of Windows virtual machine (Cloud PCs) for your end users.

    This issue is more related to Microsoft Dynamics 365. To get more accurate help, it is suggested to post in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community forum.
