Good afternoon,

Today my distribution groups are being managed by my AD, but we don't have more access to the EC and at the time of creation I can't configure it to not receive external email in this group, I didn't find this option within the AD.

I would like to remove local synchronization to manage only in the cloud these already created groups

    Hi @Kaue Mendes | KLA ,

Thanks for posting in our Q&A forum.

For the hybrid environment, we can synchronize distribution groups to the cloud with AAD. In this case, however, these groups need to be managed from on-premises.

If you want to manage these groups only from O365, you have to re-create distribution groups in the cloud manually. Then add the membership, x500 addresses, then remove the on-premises groups. You can check these blogs for more details:
Migrate Distribution Groups from Exchange On-Premise to Exchange Online,
Migrating Distribution Groups to Office 365.
