We have been tracking this and it has been in Preview for a pretty long time. Any expected date when it would be GA?

We are looking to use the Azure AD B2C Client Credential flow for our project but there is no information publically available on GA of this feature.

It seems it was changed from GA to Preview last year as per the docs history here. I wonder why.

@Sanal Somasundaran Regarding your ask (Azure AD B2C Client Credential flow - Public preview), there is no committed timeline when this will be in GA, however you take a look at Microsoft External ID (Preview) - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/customers/faq-customers#:~:text=As%20a%20new%20customer%2C%20which%20solution%20is%20a%20better%20fit%2C%20Azure%20AD%20B2C%20or%20Microsoft%20Entra%20External%20ID%20(preview)%3F

As far as I know, Microsoft External ID (Preview) is not the same as Azure AD B2C. Currently, we utilize Azure AD B2C for user authentication and are eagerly anticipating the client credentials flow to exit its preview phase, which will allow us to implement it.
