Interested in learning Azure Cloud. What certification should I take?

hello, I am looking into taking a course to learn about beginning AZURE iCloud but there are so many different certifications for Azure. What certification course should I sign up for through Microsoft?

I'd start by attending one of the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Days courses as listed here:

There are a number of tracks you can take depending on what you want to specialize in.
