Sorry if this is in the wrong area, wasn't sure if this would be classified as a 2FA, Chrome, SharePoint, or Intune issue.

In Edge Chromium, if I open a SharePoint site, it just opens.

We just brought up a company SharePoint intranet site, and I uploaded the Google ADMX and such files and added the website to Intune so that it will set that as everyone's home page. Currently it is just limited to myself for testing.

If I open Chrome, it constantly asks for my 2FA. I can open a second tab and go to the SharePoint URL and it will ask for it.

Other people who are not part of this policy can go to the site without issue. I am wondering if it could be something with Intune.

It is setup under endpoint\devices\configuration profile.

Based on your requirement, I understand that when you access SharePoint site in the Google Chrome, it asks for MFA.

Please go to Azure Active Directory admin center -> Protect&secure -> Conditional Access -> Check whether has policy to enforce MFA.
