Unable to raise support request due to the following issue. Do we need to purchase an additional support plan?

    To create a support request in Azure, you must have the appropriate access to a subscription. This means you must have the Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor, or a custom role with Microsoft.Support/* at the subscription level. If you don't have the required permissions, you won't be able to create a support request.

    Additionally, here are the support plans, for specific support yes, we need to purchase please go through this documentation: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/plans/
