How to add multiple forms in single response using mircosoft form?

Question

I have multiple section and multiple subsections. For example like to build floor in instruction form, first as we select 1 room and check the procedure of how to proceed with that. But we want to add another room as well. In the final submission I should get response of both rooms with detailed steps. Please help me how can I implement this use case
