Hi,
today a member of our 'HR' dept shared a specific folder (which resides on the 'HR Team' files) to the 'Sales Team Members'.
Is there a way to get some notification (I mean post) on the 'Sales Team' main channel msgs saying that 'someone shared a folder with your team'??? Can we use some MS Power Automate???
Today, the only notification is via email.

According to our research, you can use PowerAutomate to create this flow by using When a new email arrives (V3) as a Trigger.
Since you will be sent an email whenever another team shares a file with your team, you can create a flow to send a message to your channel when your team receives an email with the title xxx shared the folder "yy" with you.

At present, when you share files with other teams, Teams will only send emails to team members, and there is no function to send reminders through Channel yet.
For PowerAutomate, currently the SharePoint connector in Power Automate does not support a trigger for when a file or folder is shared with another user and so it is not directly doable.
To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.
Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
