Can I directly use the IP address of the old server when replacing the DHCP server?

Because some devices have specified the IP address of the dhcp server, I want to replace the dhcp server now. I don't want to replace the dhcp server IP address. Can I directly change the new dhcp server IP address to the old dhcp server? Will the operation of network functions be affected?
