User can't call someone on Teams via Contacts pane on Outlook

HI,

On Outlook, when I try to call a contact via the "contacts" pane, nothing happens :

All the add-in are enbled on Outlook.

Can someone help me .

We expierence the same issue, trying to call a number or the SIP Adress. Nothing happens when we click on a number...

Hi @Luis Bernardo

Call is a feature that Outlook integrates with Teams.

To use this feature, you need to sign into the same account and have both your Outlook and Teams apps open. Then use the Outlook calling feature, which automatically uses Teams calling.

Below is a screenshot of my test, if you have the same display as me, you will need to contact your administrator to purchase a calling license.

Thx for the answer. The user is connected with the same account. The problem is nothing happens when he clics on "call". It worked fine until yesterday

If it works fine on its own now, it might just be temporary errors such as network fluctuations, Outlook and Teams synchronization, etc. If you have any update about this issue, please feel free to post back.

It to does not work from outlook app. It works ont the web version. On the app version, nothing happen, not even an error.

According to our research, many users are currently facing this problem. You can try updating the regular Teams client (not the work preview client) and try again.

Hello,

I've got a user with the same problem.

He used to select the call feature in outlook and Teams made the call.

Since a few days it does not work anymore.

We've already tried the online Repair of Outlook also we've tired deinstalling teams, deleting all the temporary files in AppData we could find regarding Teams and have reinstalled it then, but still the issue persists.
