Have you found any solution? I changed phone and got the same problem.
Microsoft Authenticator Restore "Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again"
Trying to restore a backup to a new phone,
I have enabled backup on previous phone, and validated that backups dates were increasing
I have no accounts set up in the app ( deleted all data and cache to be sure)
on app startup click restore from backup
sign in using personal Microsoft account,
it starts to recover back up and then pops up
"Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again"
when i click ok, it looks like my work account has been found, but I cannot press it for details, and no other credentials are available
I can click begin recovery again, and same process occurs
