Why do every time when open the ADX dashboard, it starts refreshing though auto refresh is disabled?

Why do every time when open the ADX dashboard, it starts refreshing though auto refresh is disabled?
Is there any way that we can get any alerts if any of the tiles in dashboard fails?

What do we see in the activity log? anything which identified some anomalies?

- When I am opening the dashboard in ADX web UI, the tiles are buffering for a lot of time as shown below picture. Auto refresh option is not enabled though. How do I stop this auto refresh when ever I open the dashboard.
- If any one of the tiles fails in the dashboard, how can I check if the tile refresh failed without manually opening the dashboard?
