Modern Script Editor web part by Puzzlepart isn't showing up in my local workbench in sharepoint

Modern Script Editor web part by Puzzlepart isn't showing up in my local workbench in sharepoint. It was installed by my organization but it isn't there. Does anyone know why I am not able to access this? Or what to do to fix this?

We are needing to add some custom code but nothing seems to be working. Please send help!

Is this component the Spfx component provided by Puzzlepart?

If it is, you need to upload it to the sharepoint application store according to the SPFX method, then grant permissions, and add it to sharepoint.
