Several of my keys on my computer were not working when I turned it on, so I searched up a video on how to fix the problem and I ended up at the device manager trying to update my driver which ultimately made my whole keyboard not work. I have trying everything for the past 2 hours and have gotten nowhere. Any help would be appreciated.

You can use Device Manager to rollback to the last driver again.
I suggest to test the Keyboard on another computer to check if it's not a hardware problem.
