Hey everyone! I accidentally formatted my EFI partition and I need help restoring the windows boot manager.

I'm currently dual booting arch & windows using systemd-boot I've followed this guide https://www.reddit.com/r/archlinux/comments/yprrhr/guide_what_to_do_if_you_accidentally_format_your/ and opened up diskpart using a windows install medium.

The disks however aren't listed in "list disk" and I can't seem to find resources on this incredibly niche problem.

Attached is my lsblk as seen in Arch and diskpart's output20230728_132628

Can you see the Disks in BIOS?

Ensure that all the disks are properly connected to the computer. Check the cables and connections, if needed change the SATA port.

Try refreshing the Disk Management window or close and reopen it to see if the disks appear.

If the disks are not detected due to possible hardware issues, consider using disk diagnostic tools to check their health and status.

Solved: my windows installation medium didn't include the drivers for Intel RST drives. Needed to follow this support page from HP for drivers and instructions.
