Yes - theoretically. The extra requirements now include popcnt and SSE4.1 and the i5 6200u supports both. If the upgrades don't work it is likely Microsoft are doing something else on the side to be annoying. (same for i7 2670qm)

My Lenovo Yoga 700 laptop has this processor. It's funny that the Settings/Update & Security page doesn't warn that the machine isn't compatible like I see on all my other PC's, but when I run the PC Healthcheck app, the only warning is about the processor. Processors in the family above and below the 6200U are compatible, but this one is not ?!?!. I have updated Win10 and "imaged" the machine and am tempted to try to update to Win11 anyway. What say you ?

Installing Windows 11 on PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11, your PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates.
