Need my MS ID added to Pearson Vue so I can register for Azure Exam

I am trying to register for Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification exam with Pearson Vue. When I click "schedule and exam", it tries to redirect to the Pearson Vue site, and then gives me an error that says "We can't access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam" and at the top of the page it says "ERROR_CANDIDANTE_NOT_FOUND".

I called Pearson Vue, and they told me I am not registered with Pearson Vue and that I would need to contact Microsoft to get this fixed.
