Azure AD Lifecycle Process automatically removed users license

Viewing the audit log on the Azure portal , it shows that Microsoft Azure AD Subscription Lifecycle Process removed a users license automatically , what would cause this ?
I have checked to see if there any lifecycle workflows in place , but I can't see any.

2024-01-15T17:51:39.87+00:00 I don't have Azure AD license to check the access packages, but I believe there is no any as we never touched this part. May I know what will triggers the Azure AD Lifecycle Process?
