Same website render (looks) different in two Edge tabs

Hi:
First of all, excuse my bad English.
I have a problem, there is a system that I was made many years ago with IE and it runs perfectly in EDGE compatibility mode, but installed on two different servers it produces a slight graphical differences in its render on the client.
In both situations it is exactly the same code with exactly the same CSS and I have verified this using the IEChooser to parse object by object and verify that have the same CSS attributes and HTML definitions.
The differences are essentially showing the font (calibri) with different widths (but the same height) and altering one or two pixels the dimensions of the objects. To eliminate that it is a issue of differentes versions of the EDGE, I have opened them in two different tabs of the same session of my EDGE and they are indeed displayed in a different way.
Any idea what it could be?

I'm not sure if this is OS related, maybe you can try something like this:
- Connect the same display to these two machines to see if there is a difference.
- Whether there is a difference in the rendering of the site on multiple machines with same OS.
- Whether there is a difference in the rendering of the site on multiple machines with different OS.
In addition, does this issue occur in normal Edge?

1- Yes, both cases
2- some machines render in a form, some in other, no clue why
3- different OS render different consistently in each machine but withouth OS logic
In all cases edge it's in IE Mode (IE5 compatibility mode). This system was deployed in 2001-2002 and little changed with the years, essentially only changed the gifs used as icons to google font icons and change little cosmetics details to refresh the look to more modern view)
The worst case is that in my machine render different in two tabs of the same Edge session! I even install the SQL and IIS server in my machine and the render it's different in the two tabs.
I change font from Calibri to Arial, the effect is less notorious but present , you can view it in this video https://www.lorien-sistemas.com/test.mp4
Off course if I open two tabs of the same server the render is the same.
Notice that font width changes (in Calibri the change was more evident), the icons in the toolbar renders a bit different, font position changes similar to have different margin/padding between one tab and another, icons in the left tree change their size and the select at top of tree change size.
I had double checked using iechooser that the CSS attributes where the same in both cases , zoom level is 100% in both cases and can be checked because the dimensions of graph and other systema lines not change. Both servers have the same set of CSS and HTML installed and have the same IIS version (10.0.17763.1). In my machine have IIS 10.0.19041.3203
I really don't know WHERE it's the difference.
