What special settings are required for the copier to send scanned files to the shared folder of server 2016 through the SMB 139 port

Most likely the scanner will need to use a windows user credentials in order to access the shared resource. I'd check the scan / copier manual for details.

Don't use an IP address, just use a name, but why is it like this，I'm not sure
