It seems that there is no official way to enable phonetics audio on Outlook profile yet.
Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future. Someone has already submitted this feature request in forum, and you can also make a suggestion via this link.
