    Hi @Kauser, Fareeha,

To create an active link from Azure Active Directory to your Excel sheet to create an active list of all the users and their basic details in your organization, you can download a list of users from Azure Active Directory in CSV format and then import that CSV file into Excel. Here are the steps:

    1. Sign in to your Azure AD organization with a User administrator account in the organization.
    2. Navigate to Azure Active Directory > Users.
    3. Select the users you wish to include in the download by selecting the box in the left column next to each user. Note: At this time, there's no way to select all users for export. Each user must be individually selected.
    4. In Azure AD, select Users > Download users.
    5. On the Download users page, select Start to receive a CSV file listing user profile properties. If there are errors, you can download and view the results file on the Bulk operation results page. The file contains the reason for each error.
    6. Open Excel and select the Data tab.
    7. Click on "From Text/CSV" in the "Get & Transform Data" section.
    8. Select the downloaded CSV file and click on "Import".
    9. In the "Import Data" dialog box, select "Delimited" and click on "Next".
    10. Select "Comma" as the delimiter and click on "Next".
    11. Select the columns that you want to import and set the data type for each column. You can also choose to rename the columns if you want. Once you're done, click on "Finish".
    12. In the "Import Data" dialog box, select where you want to import the data and click on "OK".

This will import the user data from Azure Active Directory into Excel. You can then use Excel's filtering and sorting features to create an active list of all the users and their basic details.
