Is a Power Automate Architecture Diagram available ?

Hello,

Power Automate is as a new potential contender in the RPA world, thus I would like to get information on the product.
One of the main elements is obviously the Architecture structure of the product.
I could not find anything on the subject or even a diagram.

Do you have any information ?
