Trying to figure out why this user is unable to create calendar events for it. Not showing up in the room list when she tries to create an event.
How is this user creating calendar events?
Is she creating meetings on her own calendar and trying to add this room as location? (But the room does not appear in the roomlist)
Example:
If this is the case:
1.Can this user see and book other rooms in the roomlist? (if there are other rooms in the roomlist)
2.Does this issue also occur in Outlook on the web?
3.If this user add the room directly as a recipient (add to the Required field) and send the meeting invite, can she book the room successfully?
If not, will she receive any bounce messages indicating that the booking failed?
