We received an oboarding notification for GPT-4 and GPT4-32k, but those models have not appeared in OpenAI Studio

Is there a lag time before the models show up like 24 hours etc? We are in the East US S0.

I am having the same problem, received an onboarding message for GPT-4 and GPT-4 32k yesterday, but am not seeing those models available to deploy in Studio. Also East US S0. It has now been over 24 hours, does it take longer than that?

Sorry I missed your response. As the result I just checked, you can use East US 2 as an option. It will not work for East US (that is reserved for approvals before early-summer ban and will not be avaialble for new approvals to avoid capacity issue).

Please, test in East US 2 instead.

Yes, it can take up to 24 hours. As the result I just checked, you can use East US 2 as an option (you should be approved in this region).

It will not work for East US (that is reserved for approvals before early-summer ban and will not be available for new approvals to avoid capacity issue).
