Microsoft Teams video conference questions?

I am looking at video "presenter modes" that allow you to superimpose your webcam view on top of a presentation (reporter and side-by-side modes). However, it appears that you cannot record a video that way. Any ideas?

Do you mean that the recording meeting function cannot be turned on in the Teams meeting presenter mode?

Based on your description, you're a presenter in a Teams meeting. However you still cannot record the meeting. To be able to record a meeting, your Office 365 account must be assigned the meeting policy which is allowed cloud recording. This can be only enabled by the Office 365 admins in your organization. We're not able to access your organization's Office 365 tenant to help you enable it.

While if your account has been assigned the meeting policy which is allowed cloud recording, may I know whether you see the recording light is red? If so, it indicates someone has started recording in the meeting. You can't make multiple recordings of the same meeting at the same time.
