Did you try the .NET Repair Tool? It can help resolve common installation issues. You can download and run the tool from the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2698555/microsoft-net-framework-repair-tool-is-available

    Hi,@ Demetrius Sheppard.Welcome Microsoft Q&A.

Here are some steps you could take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check .NET Framework Version: Make sure you have the appropriate version of .NET Framework installed on your computer. Some software might require a specific version. You can check the installed .NET Framework versions by going to the "Programs and Features" section in the Control Panel.

Update .NET Framework: If you have an older version of .NET Framework installed, consider updating it to the latest version. You can download the latest version directly from the Microsoft website.

Repair .NET Installation: Sometimes, .NET Framework installations can become corrupted. You can try repairing the existing .NET Framework installation. Go to the "Programs and Features" section in the Control Panel, find the installed .NET Framework version, right-click on it, and choose the "Repair" option.

Uninstall and Reinstall .NET Framework: If repairing doesn't work, you can try uninstalling the existing .NET Framework and then reinstalling it. Make sure to restart your computer before reinstalling.

Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows operating system is up-to-date. Sometimes, Windows updates include important .NET Framework updates.

Run as Administrator: When installing software, try running the setup file as an administrator. Right-click on the setup file and choose "Run as administrator."

Restart Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart of your computer can resolve installation issues.

Check Software Requirements: Double-check the software's system requirements to ensure that your operating system and hardware meet the necessary prerequisites.
