How to split merged account and transfer all learnt certificates back to personal mail

Question

Inadvertently merged work account and personal account.

All my certificates have been merged into work account and I every time when I sign in learn.microsoft to review my certificates it just appear blank and I was kicked off from my logged personal account.

I want to transfer all my learned record back to my personal account.

How should I do it?
