It would be a good idea if it is not a burden for you to Open a Support Ticket in Azure describing the issue
With the ticket engineers will be able to look at the problem and if needed they will escalate to Programming Teams
This way others may benefit if it is a Global bug or provide a solution to you if it is something with the Subscription!
