Hello. I am writing from another account because the account I'm trying to log in is locked out.

I purchased a microsoft email license through bluehost.com (Microsoft 365 Email Essentials)

I bought a new computer and I'm trying to access the email, but I can't log in because I need the Microsoft Authenticator App, which I can't access without a QR code. I can't even log into the microsoft website with my email to ask a question and get help becuase I need the Authenticator app here too.

I come to the microsoft website and I find that my administrator should have this QR code, but when I contact Bluehost.com they tell me they don't have it, and that I should contact microsoft. Which I can't do becuase I can't log in without the QR code for the authenticator app.

So, I'm in an endless loop and I don't know what else to do. Right now, I can't see a way to log in to my microsoft account that I purchased.

Please help!
