My WordPress Website Thumbnails Not Showing

I recently created my new WordPress blog on Azure App Service. But after publishing some posts on my site, I noticed that the featured images on my thumbnails are not showing up on the site.
I also tested my theme on the InstaWP WordPress testing tool where my thumbnails appear fine. So how I can solve this issue on Azure App Service?
