The learn portal does not allow me to add my business email account to my learn account.

The learn portal does not allow me to add my business email account to my learn account.
It keeps saying it is a personal account. But it is a business account. I have successfully added my learn account to the partner portal, but I can not add my business email address to my learn account. My business email address is **@lannet.nl. When I try to add this email address it will prompt that I try to add a DIFFERENT email address henri.vissers@lannet-it.nl that is a Personal account.
I have been trying many times and also filled multiple questions to solve, but it is still not solved.
PLEASE HELP!
