Azure Static Web App doesn't seem to be fully available

Hello,
I'm currently running a website on Azure Static Web Apps, but it looks the availability is quite poor, it responds as desired few times, while others it takes 30s+ or even times out,
I tried upgrading the hosting plan from Free to Standard for a week but it made no difference,
How can I fix this?

Grmacjon-MSFT 19,001 Reputation points2023-08-07T17:08:56.8666667+00:00 we are sorry to hear you're facing this issue. Wehn did you start noticing this issue? There was a latency issue with SWA earlier last week but it has been mitigated.
Can you the full error message/code you're getting?

Find below the details of a failed HTTP request via console,
If I attempt to load from a browser it just takes the time described/timeout,
It has been like this for almost two weeks, so that's why I tried the plan upgrade as an option with no success,
cause: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 3.33.152.147:443 at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (node:net:1487:16) { errno: -4039, code: 'ETIMEDOUT', syscall: 'connect', address: '3.33.152.147', port: 443 } -
