Not able to raise service requets for customer
The user is trying to create a service request for a customer from the partner center however they receive an error message when clicking "New Request" then "office 365" the same error occurs when clicking "service management" then Microsoft 365" the user is part of the Engineering security group and there is an Admin relationship GDAP that has the proper permission the effected customers domain or tenant ID is "rogressiveroofingus.onmicroaoft.com" and the affected Azure subscription ID is e43cad26-b3ac-4330-aed2-8a9d980d44b45" the edge ted user account information with the error is "******@nexustek.xom" the user has provided various email updates to the case including uploading files and screenshots
