Publish ASP.NET core Web App

I'm attempting to publish my ASP.NET core web app to an Azure (Windows) virtual machine using Visual Studio for Mac. In the documentation related to Visual Studio for Windows, there's a specific option for publishing to a virtual machine. However, this option seems to be absent in the Mac version of Visual Studio. Am I correct in assuming that publishing to an Azure (windows) virtual machine is not supported on the Mac version, or might I be overlooking something?

    Hi @Preetham V

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

    Yes, you are right!

Visual Studio for MAC allows you to publish to Azure App Service, not Azure Virtual Machine.

You can refer to: Publishing to Azure

    Sincerely,

    Anna
